In an effort to expedite our processes and reduce paperwork we have provided our coaches/volunteers with website links to fill out the following certification necessities: Criminal history background check, and USA Heads Up Football certification.
Coaches, below is the link for the USA heads Up Certification website. You will need to create a USA football account if you do not already have one. If you do already have one follow this link to log in and get to your personal page where you then take the tackle re-certification. Make sure that you select the Buda Junior Jaguars as your organization. This will prevent USA football from attempting to collect registration fees for the tackle certification class. Heads Up Certification LinkSterling Background Checks Below is the link and instructions for the Sterling background check website. You cannot participate in practice or games without your background check completed and it can be up to a 3 day process. Please get your background check done as soon as possible.
1. Go to the website Sterling Background Check2. Select “Create and Account” at the Volunteer side or log in with your existing username and password.3. Once logged in, go to “GET VERIFIED” (orange tab at the upper right menu bar) and enter Good Deed code: pljvghl then hit CONTINUE, do not put any information on the right side.4. Complete the 4-pages background check form, enter the necessary credit card information (if applicable) and click SUBMIT. You will receive an email confirmation as an indication of successful submission of the background check order.
